FAR BRETON




 
INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs
  • 7 large tablespoons of sugar
  • 6 large tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • 1 teaspoon cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • 150 g grapes or / and prunes.

 

DIRECTION

  • Preheat oven to 210 °
  • Put the grapes in a container and / or prunes and rum arrosser.
  • Heat the half liter of milk.
  • In a dish, combine 3 eggs, flour, sugar and salt, working the dough well each time. Add to prepare the milk and cream.
  • Butter and oil pan to prevent it from sticking. Pour into prepared dish. Bake 10 minutes at 210 °.
  • After this precooked add raisins and / or prunes (to prevent it from falling into the bottom). Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °.
