BROWNIES





INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gm chocolate 70%
  • 130 gm sugar
  • 50 gm flour
  • 150 gm unsalted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 gm of walnuts



DIRECTION

  • Preheat oven to 180 °
  • Melt chocolate in double boiler with butter.
  • Pour into a container to which we add sugar, flour, eggs and chopped walnuts (do the robot with the help of a parent).
  • Butter the pan and bake for about 30 minutes
