APPLE AND SAFE MILLEFEUILLE RECIPE





INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cake mix with vanilla package
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3 large tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 can apple pie
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 1 egg


DIRECTION



  • Combining the cake mix with coconut butter and melted.
  •  The mixture seems a little dry, but do not worry this is supposed to be like that.
  • Press into a square cake pan and bake for about 10 minutes in a moderate oven.
  • Place apple pie on top of the base of the cake while still warm.
  • Mix sour cream with beaten egg and spread on top.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon or coconut, whichever you prefer (cinnamon is best for the presentation).
  • Return to oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Cool (sour cream topping will set), refrigerate and cut into pieces small enough as it is rich in a slice.
