INGREDIENTS
- 1 cake mix with vanilla package
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 3 large tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 can apple pie
- 200 grams of sour cream
- 1 egg
DIRECTION
- Combining the cake mix with coconut butter and melted.
- The mixture seems a little dry, but do not worry this is supposed to be like that.
- Press into a square cake pan and bake for about 10 minutes in a moderate oven.
- Place apple pie on top of the base of the cake while still warm.
- Mix sour cream with beaten egg and spread on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or coconut, whichever you prefer (cinnamon is best for the presentation).
- Return to oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Cool (sour cream topping will set), refrigerate and cut into pieces small enough as it is rich in a slice.
