INGREDIENTS
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 onions
- 2 peppers
- 3 large tomatoes
- Olive oil
DIRECTION
- Cut into strips and peppers.
- Chop the tomatoes.
- Slice the onions.
- In a saucepan, heat 4 tablespoons olive oil.
- Y fry for 3 minutes on each side of chicken legs.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same pan, brown the onions and peppers.
- Cook for 5 minutes and add tomatoes.
- Put the chicken thighs.
- Cover and simmer 30 minutes over medium heat.
- Serve with rice or fries this Basque chicken!
