STYLE CHICKEN RECIPE


 
For about 4 people

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 onions
  • 2 peppers
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • Olive oil
 

DIRECTION
  • Cut into strips and peppers.
  • Chop the tomatoes.
  • Slice the onions.
  • In a saucepan, heat 4 tablespoons olive oil.
  • Y fry for 3 minutes on each side of chicken legs.
  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In the same pan, brown the onions and peppers.
  • Cook for 5 minutes and add tomatoes.
  • Put the chicken thighs.
  • Cover and simmer 30 minutes over medium heat.
  • Serve with rice or fries this Basque chicken!
