CARAMEL SLICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup self-raising flour

1 cup coconut

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup of oatmeal

150g butter, melted

395g NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 tablespoons of golden syrup

30 g butter, plus
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- Combine first five ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Press support paper
lined baking tray 18cm x 28cm lamington.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
- Sweetend
Combine condensed
milk, corn syrup and additional
butter in a saucepan, bring to a boil while stirring.
- Reduce heat and
simmer for 5 minutes, stirring until a light brown color and becomes caramel.
