BANANA CHOCOLATE TART


                                                                  
Serves: 4 people


INGREDIENTS

  • a pastry
  • 2 bananas
  • powdered sugar
  • 15 g butter
  • a chocolate pastry
  • 20 cl whipping cream

 
DIRECTION
  • Cut 4 small circles in the dough with a bowl.
  • Cut bananas into slices and have them on the dough.
  • Sprinkle lightly with sugar and add a few knobs of butter.
  • Put in oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 ° C (thermostat 6-7).
  • Meanwhile , prepare the chocolate sauce by heating the cream.
  • Break the chocolate into small pieces
  • Do it in the cream melt over low heat.
  • Serve the pie warm, with hot sauce on top.
