FESTIVE CUPCAKES



Preparation: 20 minutes Cooking time: 15 min
 
INGREDIENTS
  • 500g flour
  • 250g butter
  • 150g caster sugar
  • A bit of lemon zest
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g chopped almonds
  • 50g chopped hazelnuts
  • 10g cinnamon
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


DIRECTION

  • Mix the softened butter, sugar and eggs, almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts, lemon zest, cinnamon and baking powder.
  • Mix all the flour and stir.
  • Roll the dough about 3 minutes thick and cut out small cakes.
  • Glaze with egg yolk and cook a medium oven.
