INGREDIENTS
- 500g flour
- 250g butter
- 150g caster sugar
- A bit of lemon zest
- 3 eggs
- 100g chopped almonds
- 50g chopped hazelnuts
- 10g cinnamon
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
DIRECTION
- Mix the softened butter, sugar and eggs, almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts, lemon zest, cinnamon and baking powder.
- Mix all the flour and stir.
- Roll the dough about 3 minutes thick and cut out small cakes.
- Glaze with egg yolk and cook a medium oven.
