PAPILLOTE SALMON WITH ROQUEFORT



Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes Total time: 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 salmon steaks (about 150g each)
  • 1 pear
  • 50 gm roquefort
  • lime juice
  • coriander
  • parsley
  • Salt and pepper


DIRECTION

  • Preparation Papillote Salmon with Roquefort
  • Cut two squares of parchment paper (or aluminum). 
  • On each, place a salmon fillet, sliced ​​half a pear and blue cheese 25 g cubes.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Seal.
  • Bake in preheated oven (180 ° C) for 15 minutes. 
  • Open and sprinkle with parsley. 
  • Serve hot with a bowl of rice.
