RUSSIAN SALAD


INGREDIENTS

  •  6 potatoes
  •  6 carrots
  •  100 g peas
  •  6 hard boiled eggs
  •  1 dozen pitted green olives
  •  Mayonnaise (6 tablespoons)


DIRECTION

  • Cook the potatoes, the carottels and peas for about 30 minutes to steam. Drain well.
  • Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes and add the chopped hard boiled eggs, peas, and mayonnaise.
  • Mix well, add a little salt if necessary.
  • Serve salad surrounded by olives.
