INGREDIENTS
- 6 potatoes
- 6 carrots
- 100 g peas
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 dozen pitted green olives
- Mayonnaise (6 tablespoons)
DIRECTION
- Cook the potatoes, the carottels and peas for about 30 minutes to steam. Drain well.
- Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes and add the chopped hard boiled eggs, peas, and mayonnaise.
- Mix well, add a little salt if necessary.
- Serve salad surrounded by olives.
