THE FARINETTE

                                                        

For 4 Person (s)   Preparation time: 5 min  Cooking time: 15 min
 

INGREDIENTS
  • 50 gm flour 
  • 1 teaspoon coffee baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon soup oil
  • 2egg
  • 50 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped parsley
  • chives
 

DIRECTION
  • You put in a bowl the flour and yeast, you make a hole and you will verses eggs, oil, salt and pepper.  
  • Mix well with a wooden spoon and you add milk whey small.
  • You pour the mixture into a hot pan and oiled and you let simmer 5-7 minutes by covering the pan.
  • When farinette is golden on one side, the coverest you with a second stove and thou returned.  
  • You let cook again on low heat, covered, for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • You serve the farinette hot with a salad.
