CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE





   
INGREDIENTS

  •  200 g dark chocolate 70%
  •  200 g unsalted butter
  •  5 eggs
  •  200 g icing sugar
  •  1 tablespoon flour
 

DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven to 180 °
  • Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.
  • In a bowl, add eggs and beat strongly.
  • Add the tablespoon of flour and icing sugar.
  • Mix together until a smooth paste.
  • Pour the melted chocolate and butter in this mixture and work the dough.
  • Pour the mixture into a round pan and bake 25 minutes (watch from time to time).
  • My stuff To pretty it can add small smarties or sugar.  
  • For the cake less dry can be serve with custard.
  • For a more compact cake, put in refrigerator for several hours.
