INGREDIENTS
- 200 g dark chocolate 70%
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 5 eggs
- 200 g icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Preheat oven to 180 °
- Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.
- In a bowl, add eggs and beat strongly.
- Add the tablespoon of flour and icing sugar.
- Mix together until a smooth paste.
- Pour the melted chocolate and butter in this mixture and work the dough.
- Pour the mixture into a round pan and bake 25 minutes (watch from time to time).

- For the cake less dry can be serve with custard.
- For a more compact cake, put in refrigerator for several hours.
