CHOCOLATE PEANUT SLICE
In a medium bowl, combine oats,
sugar, butter and honey. Microwave
on high for 5 minutes, stirring two or three times.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups rolled
oats
- 1/2 cup brown
sugar
- Butter 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peanut
butter
- Chocolate chips 1/2 cup
DIRECTION
- In a medium bowl, combine oats,
sugar, butter and honey.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring two or three times.

Spread the mixture into a cake pan 20 cm. Cool in
the refrigerator.

In another bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1
1/2 minutes or until chips are melted, stirring once or twice
during cooking.

Spread the melted chocolate mixture
over the mixture of oatmeal.

Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
Cut into squares.
