CHOCOLATE PEANUT SLICE



In a medium bowl, combine oats, sugar, butter and honey. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring two or three times.
 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips 1/2 cup


DIRECTION

  • In a medium bowl, combine oats, sugar, butter and honey.
  • Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring two or three times.
  • Spread the mixture into a cake pan 20 cm. Cool in the refrigerator.
  • In another bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted, stirring once or twice during cooking.
  • Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the mixture of oatmeal.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens. Cut into squares.
