CHOCOLATE COOKIES BLACK / WHITE CHOCOLATE




INGREDIENTS
  • 200g of dark chocolate and / or white
  • 125g of soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 125g flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 75g shelled walnuts

DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven to 180 °. 
  • Crush the nuts with a robot and then the chocolate (black and / or white).
  • Whisk in a bowl the butter and brown sugar until mixture is light and airy. 
  • Add the vanilla extract and egg.
  • Place the flour, salt and baking powder and continue to whisk. 
  • Add to prepare the pieces of nuts and chocolate.Mix well.
  • Place small mounds well apart (they will expand in width) of the dough on a baking sheet covered with foil or buttered sulfurized, to prevent it from sticking.Bake for 12 minutes.
  • Cool cookies and gently.
