INGREDIENTS
- 200g of dark chocolate and / or white
- 125g of soft butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 125g flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 75g shelled walnuts
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 180 °.
- Crush the nuts with a robot and then the chocolate (black and / or white).
- Whisk in a bowl the butter and brown sugar until mixture is light and airy.
- Add the vanilla extract and egg.
- Place the flour, salt and baking powder and continue to whisk.
- Add to prepare the pieces of nuts and chocolate.Mix well.
- Place small mounds well apart (they will expand in width) of the dough on a baking sheet covered with foil or buttered sulfurized, to prevent it from sticking.Bake for 12 minutes.
- Cool cookies and gently.
