This food is a healthy alternative to pasta and noodles it’s a high fiber diet. Best food for the kids because it helps them to operate their stomach properly.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 g of wheat bran medium grain (couscous)
- quarter cube of concentrated chicken stock
- 1 to 2 small chicken livers
- a half- c. Coffee olive oil
- parsley
- Melt the piece of concentrate in 1 bowl of boiling water, add the couscous and let it inflate.
- Adorn the chicken livers or as in the previous recipe before frying 8 in olive oil over medium heat.
- Once cooked, cut them into strips.
- Drain the couscous and pour onto a plate. Make a well and fill it with slices of liver.
- Garnish with parsley, serve.
