MINI COUSCOUS


                                                                               
This food is a healthy alternative to pasta and noodles it’s a high fiber diet. Best food for the kids because it helps them to operate their stomach properly.


INGREDIENTS

  • 50 g of wheat bran medium grain (couscous)
  • quarter cube of concentrated chicken stock
  • 1 to 2 small chicken livers
  • a half- c. Coffee olive oil
  • parsley



DIRECTION

  • Melt the piece of concentrate in 1 bowl of boiling water, add the couscous and let it inflate.  
  • Adorn the chicken livers or as in the previous recipe before frying 8 in olive oil over medium heat.
  • Once cooked, cut them into strips.  
  • Drain the couscous and pour onto a plate. Make a well and fill it with slices of liver. 
  • Garnish with parsley, serve.
