INGREDIENTS
- 2 goose eggs
- salad
- 100 gm of county
- 1 slice of toast per person
- 1 clove garlic
- cherry tomatoes for decoration
- vinaigrette
- chive
DIRECTION
- Put the goose eggs in a pan of cold water and let cook on hot for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Drain and let cool.
- Prepares the plates with a salad, cut the cheese into small cubes and spread them on each plate.
- Rub the bread slices with garlic, deposited them on the salad, eggs husk and cut them in half gently.
- Asks one or two egg halves per person on a slice of bread, decorated with cherry tomatoes, halved and sprinkled with chives.
