SALAD OF GOOSE EGGS


                                                                    
Serves: 4 people

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 goose eggs
  • salad
  • 100 gm of county
  • 1 slice of toast per person
  • 1 clove garlic
  • cherry tomatoes for decoration
  • vinaigrette
  • chive
 
DIRECTION
  • Put the goose eggs in a pan of cold water and let cook on hot for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Drain and let cool.
  • Prepares the plates with a salad, cut the cheese into small cubes and spread them on each plate. 
  • Rub the bread slices with garlic, deposited them on the salad, eggs husk and cut them in half gently.
  • Asks one or two egg halves per person on a slice of bread, decorated with cherry tomatoes, halved and sprinkled with chives.
  • Sprinkles everything with dressing.
