INGREDIENTS
- 250 g flour
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 40 g caster sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 cups water
DIRECTION
- Combine water and salt in a bowl.
- Melt the butter.
- Mix flour with butter and salt water.
- Add egg yolk, sugar and knead the dough.
- Make a ball with the dough and wrap the container with plastic wrap.Let stand 1 hour.
