SHORT CRUST PASTRY




INGREDIENTS
  •  250 g flour
  •  125 g unsalted butter
  •  1 egg yolk
  •  40 g caster sugar
  •  1 pinch of salt
  •  5 cups water

DIRECTION
  • Combine water and salt in a bowl.
  • Melt the butter.
  • Mix flour with butter and salt water.
  • Add egg yolk, sugar and knead the dough.
  • Make a ball with the dough and wrap the container with plastic wrap.Let stand 1 hour.
