THE PUFF PASTRY



INGREDIENTS
  •  250 g flour
  •  125 ml of water
  •  175 g butter
  •  1 pinch of salt


DIRECTION
  • Combine water and salt in a bowl.
  • Cut butter into small cubes.
  • Mix flour with butter and salt water.
  • The dough so as to obtain a ball.
  • Let stand 1 hour.
