THE PUFF PASTRY
INGREDIENTS
250 g flour
125 ml of water
175
g butter
1 pinch of salt
DIRECTION
Combine water
and salt in
a bowl
.
Cut butter
into small cubes
.
Mix flour
with
butter
and
salt water
.
The dough
so as to obtain
a ball.
Let stand
1 hour.
