UTENSILS
- vegetable peeler
- kitchen knife
- 1 teaspoon
- a grater
- a sieve
- a bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cucumber
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- ½ c. cumin
- juice of ½ lemon
- mint leaves
- salt
- Peel the cucumber with a vegetable peeler.
- Cut it into two sections, then two in the longitudinal direction.
- Remove the seeds in helping you with a spoon.
- Grate the cucumber on the large holes of grater.
- Put the cucumber in a strainer over a bowl and add three pinches of salt. Mixture.
- Pour the yogurt in a bowl.
- Add the lemon juice and cumin.
- Press into your hands the cucumber to remove as much water and add it to yogurt.
- Mixture . After tasting, add salt if necessary.
- Put the bowl in the fridge.
- You can add some mint leaves or chopped cilantro.
- Before serving, sprinkle the cumin raita.
