LAMB MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • For 2 servings:
  • 100 g minced lamb
  • 1 potato
  • 1 mint leaf 1 small onion
  • 1 dash cumin
  • olive oil salt
  • pepper.



DIRECTION

  • Cook potatoes in water, in its skin.
  • Chop the onion and fry in a tablespoon of oil.
  • Peel the potatoes and mash with a fork.
  • Mix the minced lamb, potato, onion, cumin and mint.
  • Form small balls and cook in a skillet with a little olive oil.
  • Serve with chopped lettuce and diced tomato.
