FUDGE MUFFIN ALMOND
INGREDIENTS
- 125 gm unsalted butter
- 250 gm of sugar
- 250gm of ground almonds
- 5 eggs
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- Melt butter in a bain marie.
- In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, ground almonds and melted butter.
- Spoon batter into muffin pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
