INGREDIENTS
- 400 g chocolate
- 125 g brown sugar
- 180 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 50 g ground almonds
- 80 g of hazelnuts
- 75 g icing sugar
- 20 cl of cream
- Water
- Vanilla liquid
- 2 eggs
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 150 °.
- Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
- Melt 200g of chocolate and le130 g butter in a bain marie.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Add the brown sugar, vanilla extract and egg yolks to the mixture. Mix.
- Finally add the ground almonds and stir.
- Beat the 4 egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.
- Stir the egg whites to chocolate mixture.
- Then in a round pan to bake half the dough during 35 minutes.
- When this is done, repeat the process with remaining dough.
- Meanwhile, chop half the nuts. And pulverize the other half.
- Melt the remaining 50g butter in a saucepan.
- Pour the hazelnut powder in a small container and add 75 grams of sugar.
- Pour butter and three tablespoons of hot water. Mix.
- Take one of two purposes cakes obtained and spread the nuts on the preparation of all. Top with second cake.
- Then prepare the frosting.
- Melt the remaining 200g of chocolate with the cream and then mix with chopped hazelnut previously.
- Divide the icing on the cake.
