SALAD CLOWN


                                                             

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 radishes
  • 1 cup cooked couscous
  • vinaigrette


DIRECTION
  • Wash the carrot and zucchini.  
  • Peel them, then, using a paring knife, make large strips. 
  • Peel the eggs, cut into slices.
  • Wash tomatoes , cut in half, except 4 that is kept whole.
  • Wash the radishes and cut into four in the vertical direction.
  • Arrange 4 large plates on the counter top.  
  • Spread the cornmeal on the bottom of the plates to the face of the clown.  
  • Draw the hat with tomato halves, hair with strips of carrot and zucchini.  
  • Add the eggs (eyes), whole tomatoes (nose), radishes (mouth).
  • Drizzle with dressing and serve.
