INGREDIENTS
- 1 carrot
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
- 2 radishes
- 1 cup cooked couscous
- vinaigrette
- Wash the carrot and zucchini.
- Peel them, then, using a paring knife, make large strips.
- Peel the eggs, cut into slices.
- Wash tomatoes , cut in half, except 4 that is kept whole.
- Wash the radishes and cut into four in the vertical direction.
- Arrange 4 large plates on the counter top.
- Spread the cornmeal on the bottom of the plates to the face of the clown.
- Draw the hat with tomato halves, hair with strips of carrot and zucchini.
- Add the eggs (eyes), whole tomatoes (nose), radishes (mouth).
- Drizzle with dressing and serve.
