Grilled Chicken and Orange Skewers with kidsrecipesgear. This is a healthy and delicious recipe for the bbq. Soaking the wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes beforehand ensures that they'll hold up to the heat of the grill without burning.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 g of white raw chicken
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 3 apricots
- 3 radishes
- juice of 1 orange half
- 6 cloves
- 1 c. Coffee oil
- Cut chicken into small cubes.
- Let marinate 30 minutes in the orange juice.
- Rinse apricots, tomatoes and radishes (keep the stalks).
- Cut apricots into cubes the same size as the chicken.
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6).
- At one end of each skewer, thread a cherry tomato and then, following the cubed chicken and apricot sandwich.
- Brush with oil and bake 15 minutes.
- Upon exiting the oven, poke cherry tomatoes 2 cloves (for eyes) and at the other end radish cut to half (tops suggesting the tail of the caterpillar).
