RED SAUCE ZUCCHINI

                                                                   
From 1 year  Preparation: 1/4 hour  Cook 30 minutes  For 2 persons (mother and child)

 
INGREDIENTS

FLAN


  • 2 courgettes
  • 2 eggs
  • milk
GROUT
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • olive oil
  • salt
DECORATION
  • 1 slice of pepper
  • 2 "chips" skin zucchini


DIRECTION

  • Fry the sliced ​​zucchini in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil for about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cut and chop the peppers (reserve a slice for decoration) and tomato. 
  • Cook in a small saucepan over low heat.
PREPARE THE CUSTARD
  •  Beat 2 eggs slightly diluted milk.  
  • Stir in zucchini. Mix all the hand mixer.  
  • Salt (1 pinch). Pour into a small dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
GROUT
  •  Once the peppers and tomatoes pureed, pass through a small container to retain the skins and seeds.
