CHOCOLATE ALMOND CAKES









INGREDIENTS

  •  240 gm chocolate 70%
  •  120 gm sugar
  •  30 gm flour
  •  80 gm unsalted butter
  •  4 eggs
  •  60 gm sliced ​​almonds
  •  30 gm ground almonds

 DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven to 120 °
  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces a robot.
  • Melt butter in a hot pan.
  • Separate the yolks from egg whites.
  • Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, flour, ground almonds, sliced ​​almonds and chocolate chunks.  
  • Mix with each incorporation.
  • Mount with a pinch of salt, the egg whites until stiff.
  • Incorporate them into the batter and mix gently before.
  • Pour into small molds (58 cm in diameter and 2 cm height) prepare and bake for 45 minute.
