INGREDIENTS

•  75 g sugar
•  2 eggs
•  250 g smooth cottage cheese 40%
•  3 tablespoons flour
•  A piece of lemon
•  1 to 2 apples into pieces

  DIRECTION

• Preheat oven to 160 °
• Beat together sugar and eggs.  
• Add the cheese and flour.
• Squeeze the lemon and add to batter.
• Cut apples into thin slices and add them.Bake 35 to 40 minutes
