Spring Rolls is a unique pan-Asian dining experience that offers sophisticated style and high quality at value prices. Spring rolls are a large variety of filled, rolled appetizers. These spring rolls are a refreshing change from the usual fried variety, and have become a family favorite.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lettuce leaf
- A half-carrot
- 40 g of bean sprouts
- A cherry tomato
- 1 of duck
- 1 c. Coffee balsamic vinegar
- 2 mint leaves
- 50 g fresh goat
- 1 c. to c. olive oil
- Cook with the cap in a pan with olive oil.
- Cut into strips • Wash vegetables. Grate the carrot.
- Cut the tomato into cubes.
- Spread the lettuce leaf with the goat.
- Put on a mint, vegetables and duck.
- Sprinkle with vinegar, then roll the leaf itself.
- Wrap in cling film and keep in fridge before serving.
