SPRING ROLLS


                                                                              
Spring Rolls is a unique pan-Asian dining experience that offers sophisticated style and high quality at value prices. Spring rolls are a large variety of filled, rolled appetizers. These spring rolls are a refreshing change from the usual fried variety, and have become a family favorite.




INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • A half-carrot
  • 40 g of bean sprouts
  • A cherry tomato
  • 1 of duck
  • 1 c. Coffee balsamic vinegar
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 50 g fresh goat
  • 1 c. to c. olive oil

DIRECTION
  • Cook with the cap in a pan with olive oil.
  • Cut into strips • Wash vegetables. Grate the carrot. 
  • Cut the tomato into cubes. 
  • Spread the lettuce leaf with the goat. 
  • Put on a mint, vegetables and duck. 
  • Sprinkle with vinegar, then roll the leaf itself. 
  • Wrap in cling film and keep in fridge before serving.
